People either A) haven't read; B) don't care about the vote rules
obviously, based on the rules this isn't a downvote-able post. Whoever downvoted it is either being a jerk on purpose or doesn't understand the system. It doesn't seem ok to be able to downvote anonymously. In a case like this, the downvote itself should be downvote-able based on the rules/TOS.
I think the problem partly stems from the fact that we had the ability to downvote long before the rules/point system came into play.
IMO, since the "powers that be" put this in, they should police it just a bit, for a while. When it's obviously a post that doesn't call for a downvote, find out who did it and remind them of the rules.
Or, do away with the voting all togetherI'm not sure it adds anything to the experience [Post edited by Tommy Bowden at 04/18/2016 10:58AM]
